New Features for Charter and Boat Rental Companies

We keep improving your operations to make things easier than ever for your clients.

Until now, for a client to review their booking, sign the contract, or complete a payment, you had to send PDFs, emails, and reminders. That’s over!

With the new Booking Link, you can send the client a direct link to their booking, from which they can:

• 📄 View and sign the contract (if not already signed).
• 🧾 Add available extras for their charter.
• 💳 Complete any pending payment quickly and securely.
• ⛵ Download the PDF of the assigned boat, with all technical and visual information.
• 📍 Check the exact berth location, provided coordinates are configured for the boat and port.

🔗 Where can you find it? Inside each booking, right next to the “Change Log” button.

A simple improvement, but one with huge impact on your daily operations.

Additionally, from the global settings (charter tab) you can configure the deadline (date and time) until which the client can add extras to their booking.

📌 For now, the booking link is only available for one-day charters, but it will soon be extended to all booking types.

More control, more transparency: improved booking change log

We know how important it is to have clear traceability of what happens in each booking. That’s why we’ve improved the activity log, which now records all changes in a more complete, detailed, and visual way.

From the booking view you can now see:

• ✏️ Who changed what and when
• 🔄 Updates to dates, boats, extras, payment status, etc.
• 📚 A structured, easy-to-review history
