Greater efficiency in reservations, logistics, and boat charter management

We keep improving our application so that your work becomes more agile and powerful every day. Today we bring you a feature you had been asking for: you can now manage multiple charters in a single operation!

How does it work?

We have redesigned the charter creation flow so you can generate more flexible bookings for the same client, whether with alternate days, tandems, or a combination of both.

When creating a new charter, you can now choose between two options: Standard or Multiple.

• Standard: ideal for traditional bookings, whether for a single day or several consecutive days.
• Multiple: designed to plan non-consecutive days and/or tandems.

With the Multiple option, you just need to add the days you require, and for each one, you can assign one or more boats depending on your operations.

When saving the multiple charter, the system will ask you if you prefer to:

• Create an independent booking for each day/boat combination (meaning multiple contracts)
• Group everything into a single booking (one contract).

Once a multiple booking has been created, you can continue adding new days and boats, or remove existing ones, adapting the reservation to any operational changes that may arise.

• 🔧 Interface improvements: visual and usability adjustments for smoother navigation.
• 📅 Booking calendar sorted by ascending boat length, making fleet management more intuitive.
• 📄 Improved daily availability PDF generation: now you can select boats, adjust prices, and generate more personalized and useful documents directly from the booking calendar.
• 📊 More complete reports for agencies and clients, with greater detail and better data presentation.
